The Operations commenced in March 1982 as a partnership with the name ‘New Interiors’ and basically the operations were confined to import & sale of furniture items. The firm was converted to a limited liability company in May 1985 with the commencement of manufacturing activities.

Former Banker, started with Bank of Ceylon & worked in Al Khalij Commercial Bank - Dubai. Shifted to business in 1982 with the experiences gathered in Dubai & presently running furniture & interior decoration articles manufacturing unit & a wholesale unit for the marketing of such products & recently ventured into Horticulture with a fruit farm & nursery in Welikanda.
Extensive knowledge on interior decoration work & have secured interior decoration work related to primarily financial sector clients.
He is graduated from University of Peradeniya (B. Com), Masters Degree (MSc) in financial studies from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK & an associate member of Institute of Bankers (AIB).
